Freedom Begins With a Ride

“I will try and make it convenient for you, if it’s the Lord’s will, we will make it happen”

About Us

I’m “Keith “Krusher” Rush” and I’m labeled as handicapped, disabled, and in a wheelchair, really im just handicapable, I am turning one of my pains into a nonprofit/charitable project called the I Wanna Go..

For the past 16 years I have not been anywhere significantly in my life.. Some people go on vacation, weekend trips, or they go out on out of town on excursions, etc but me nor my caregiver dont  get included… it’s about time for us to come out of the shadows and it’s time for our kind of people to see more things and live our life, all of us start to come out because I’m sure it’s just not me lthe only person who goes through this.

Donations received will allow us to have access for transportation for the individual and a caregiver. Monies will also go for transportation materials with admission needed for events, etc.. You can help us by donating funds to this fundraising activity.

If you can, please donate for us, any amount is needed and warranted

Thank you

Our Mission & Vision

At  I Wanna Go, our mission is to give individuals with disabilities, along with their caregivers, the chance to step outside their everyday limitations and experience life to the fullest. We believe that everyone deserves to say “I wanna go” — and actually be able to go. Whether it’s a trip, an event, or just a simple outing, we want to make it possible through accessible support, transportation, and inclusion.

Our vision is a world where people with disabilities are not left behind but are encouraged and supported to explore new places, make memories, and feel truly alive. We aim to grow I Wanna Go into a community where experiences are shared, barriers are broken, and no one has to feel forgotten. What started as my personal pain is now turning into a mission to bring freedom, joy, and visibility to others like me.

With I Wanna Go, we’re not just saying “I wanna go” — we’re making it happen.

How It Works

How You Can Help

At I Wanna Go, every small action makes a big difference. You don’t have to be a wheelchair user to help us create meaningful experiences for those who often feel left behind. Here’s how you can join the movement

Donate

Your financial support helps cover transportation costs, event admissions, and essential travel materials for individuals and their caregivers. No amount is too small — every contribution brings us closer to our goal of inclusion and adventure.

Sponsor a Trip

Choose to sponsor a specific outing or event. Your sponsorship directly funds a person’s chance to explore a new place, attend a concert, or enjoy a day out — moments that many of us take for granted.

Spread the Word

Help us raise awareness by sharing our mission with your friends, family, and social networks. The more people who know about IWG, the more support and opportunities we can create.

Volunteer (Future Goal)

In the future, we hope to build a community of volunteers who can assist during outings and help organize events. Stay tuned for ways to get hands-on with IWG.
Together, we can break down barriers and bring the world closer to those who deserve to see and experience it the most.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is IWG – I Wanna Go?

I Wanna Go is a nonprofit project dedicated to helping people with disabilities — along with their caregivers — experience life outside their homes through accessible travel, outings, and events. It was created from lived experience, to turn pain into purpose.

IWG is designed for individuals with mobility challenges or disabilities, especially those who rarely get the chance to travel or attend events. A caregiver or companion is also supported in the process to ensure comfort and safety.

Donations are used to cover transportation costs, event admissions, accessibility-related materials (such as travel bags, mobility aids, etc.), and basic trip expenses for both the individual and their caregiver.

You can donate funds, sponsor a trip, or help us spread the word online. Every action counts and helps bring joy and mobility to someone who deserves it.

Yes, you can reach out via the contact form on our website to inquire about upcoming opportunities. While we are growing, we aim to help as many people as possible, one trip at a time.
